Casts it to iso-8859-8 but message will still create challenges downstream where it gets treated as pure ASCII while generating a warning

Fixing DJANGO_MAILBOX_default_charset error, it does not detect the settings in django correctly because one part is in lower case.
Changed to DJANGO_MAILBOX_DEFAULT_CHARSET.
